La Selva Beach Real Estate
The area south of Aptos features a series of peaceful, more remote beach communities including, La Selva Beach, Manresa Beach, Sand Dollar Beach and Sunset Beach. These beach communities are small and intimate, and are surrounded by fertile farmland, hills and valleys. - Pajaro Dunes – white sandy beach on a secluded strip of the coastline. Houses gated community of luxury homes, condominiums, and townhouses
