Selecting "Aptos" will not give you listings for any oceanfront neighborhoods.
Seacliff and Rio del Mar are oceanfront neighborhoods within the city limits of Aptos, but in your daily-update settings, selecting "Aptos" will only give you listings inland of the freeway. For oceanfront listings, be sure to select Seacliff and Rio del Mar.
